Lisa Taylor is a progressive global leader in business planning, financial and operations management, shared services, and information technology. Lisa’s career includes a track record of measurable impact. In one role, she created functional centers of excellence that improved process efficiency by over 146% while more than quadrupling the size of the portfolio, generating staffing savings of $34 million. As a Financial Controller in a multibillion-dollar technology company, she built a Shared Services department overseeing $100 million. As Finance Director in another firm, she reduced division spend by $25 million over five years through an aggressive cost-savings program. In her work with a Financial Management Services company serving Medicaid recipients, she helped ease the daily challenges of more than 150,000 consumers and their 250,000 providers.
Lisa earned certifications from MIT Sloan School of Management in AI: Implications for Business Strategy and Agile for Executives. She holds a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where she received the Outstanding Scholar Award.
